This might sound funny, but when I first glanced at this photo, I thought it was two buildings and their reflection in the water (the surface of the water cutting straight in the middle). It's a very neat photo after taking a closer look. :)

Thank you. Lack of water was involved actually.
There is a center plaza between the two buildings.
In the center is a fountain. Because the tempeture was still low the fountain was turned off.
Allowing me two photograph the image you see here.

Awesome photograph! Wonderful perspective, great light and color tones. The excellent quality mono gave it an amazing visual impact.
