This might sound funny, but when I first glanced at this photo, I thought it was two buildings and their reflection in the water (the surface of the water cutting straight in the middle). It's a very neat photo after taking a closer look.

Thank you. Lack of water was involved actually.
There is a center plaza between the two buildings.
In the center is a fountain. Because the tempeture was still low the fountain was turned off.
Allowing me two photograph the image you see here.
