A trip to the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia has produced some photos of a very old and depending on the light, kind of a scary place.
ESP was built in 1829 and continued as a prison until 1971 when it closed. Over the years it fell into ruin.
In 1994 ESP opened for historic tours.
