I wanted to shoot one of the many bridges connecting into NJ. Last time I was walking on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, the police were giving me a hard time.
They didn't want me to photograph the bridge for security reasons.
The clouds are real this time. I was caught in the storm that started after I took this shot.
